Girls at Bat is a recurring event that is particularly aimed at girls in the junior categories U12 and U15 but also strives to spark interest in slightly older female players in coaching roles.

The focus is on a fun day with softball learning at the levels the girls are at, allowing them to play with other girls at an earlier age.

There is always time to get face painting or eye-black done, just like you see with both MLB and American college teams. The grill is lit, and the girls receive a gift, stickers, and a medal for participating.

The aim is to create more girls' games in the junior years and give both young and older girls role models within the sport, increase the number of girls in the clubs, and over time raise the level of Danish women's softball.
